Thomson Snell & Passmore advised on the Management Buy-Out transaction of Michael Parkes Surveyors Limited, a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Property & Planning Consultants based in Medway and London.

Michael Parkes Chartered Surveyors, established since 1985, offers a board range of services in the residential and commercial property market including property manging, valuation, sales & lettings and planning.

Following completion of the MBO transaction, Denise Ford, who has already been running the company for a number of years, assumed full control of the Company and the Board.

The transaction team at Thomson Snell & Passmore was lead by Corporate Associate, Faye Cook, assisted by Nicole Priestley, and Alex Lewsley, a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team.

The transaction had logistical difficulties due to the widespread geographical locations of the parties. However the team at Thomson Snell & Passmore were able to assist in delivering a successful outcome for all parties involved.
