Thomson Snell & Passmore advises on asset purchase for specialist printing company

We recently advised our client, one of the UK’s leading specialist printers, on an asset acquisition from another printing company.

As part of the transaction, we dealt with the assignment of goodwill and intellectual property rights and drafted an asset purchase agreement, which reflected the nature and size of the transaction.
