Thomson Snell & Passmore advises on MBO of Kent Fresh Produce Distributor

Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised on the management buy out of a Kent based fresh produce storage and distributor.

The transaction involved the purchase of founder shares from trustee shareholders. The corporate transactional team was able to project manage the complex deal from start to finish, which included pre-completion rectification of historic issues in the share capital of the target company and its subsidiaries, as well as advising on the related acquisition finance documents.
