Thomson Snell & Passmore advises on MBO

Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised on the management buy out of a Kent based fresh produce supplier.

The transaction involved acquisition finance from NatWest and purchasing shares from trustee shareholders. The transaction also involved rectifying historic issues in the share capital of the target company and its subsidiaries.
