Thomson Snell & Passmore advises on sale of environmental consultancy

Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised Dr Peter Fisk and his wife Carol in relation to the sale of their company, Peter Fisk Associates Limited, in a management buy-out to the existing management team comprising Oliver Warwick, Louise McLaughlin and Ros Wildey.

The company delivers expert environmental and toxicology consultancy on the assessment and management of the hazards and risks of industrial chemicals. Working with regulatory bodies as well as industry, it offers a range of high-quality and cost-effective services.  It operates out of Whitstable in Kent and also has an office in Brussels.

Dr Fisk will continue to assist the company on a number of technical projects in the capacity of an external consultant, ensuring a smooth handover of the business, although the management team are already known and trusted by the company’s clients.

Thomson Snell & Passmore’s Corporate Department, led on the transaction and he was assisted by Joseph Hartland and Charlie Wood (Corporate) and Ben Stepney (Employment).
