Thomson Snell & Passmore co-ordinates asset purchase

We assisted an exhibition stand designer company with strategic succession planning via asset purchase. We prepared an asset purchase agreement suited to the client’s expectations whilst maintaining clear communication with respect to fees and timescales. The client received a high level summary of the terms of the asset purchase agreement which enabled them to negotiate material points relevant to the deal, and meant that the asset purchase agreement was finalised to their exact needs. We also worked with the client’s financial advisers to ensure that the transaction competed within the deadline.
