Thomson Snell & Passmore co-ordinates cross-border sale of global manufacturer

We advised in connection with the UK elements of the sale of a multinational corporation to a private equity fund via a combination of share and asset sales and purchase transactions.

Following successful completion of the global transaction earlier this year, Thomson Snell & Passmore has continued to assist with the post-completion transitional services which are currently still on-going. The aim has been to ensure a smooth transition for the companies without interruption to customer service. The work demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that transactions are successfully completed to the highest standard from beginning to end.
