Thomson Snell & Passmore co-ordinates strategic share buy back

We acted for a specialist chocolate manufacturer on a share buy back leading to the exit of one of the key shareholders and directors. The aim of this transaction was to achieve a smooth progression following the transaction to the funding and corporate restructuring of the company.
