Our CSR programme is managed by a committee, made up of people from across the firm, who meet regularly to discuss, plan and monitor our key CSR objectives. The committee reports to the Management Board, which has overall responsibility for the firm’s CSR policy.
Everyone at Thomson Snell & Passmore is made aware of our CSR and Environmental policies and copies are available on the firm’s intranet for all staff to view. Any major changes are openly communicated to all our people.
