Acquisition finance

Asset based lending
We act for borrowers and asset-based lenders in relation to asset finance transactions including:
- Receivables finance
- Asset based lending (in relation to all asset classes including inventory, P&M, property in addition to cashflow loans)
- Supply chain finance
- Trade finance
- Off balance sheet/non-recourse structures.
This area of our work covers a wide variety of asset classes and our advice includes structuring, preparation and negotiation of term sheets, drafting facility documentation, considering security structures, reviewing underlying debtor contracts and negotiating inter-creditor arrangements.

Real estate finance
Our real estate finance team is one of the largest and most well respected in the country, rivalling London and national practices on service, expertise and cost. We act for both lenders and borrowers on financing transactions, handling both domestic matters and those with cross-border elements.
We’re equally adept at advising senior debt lenders as well as mezzanine and short term lenders, and in acting for high net worth individuals and corporate/individual borrowers.
We advise on a multitude of real estate finance matters, including loan and security documentation, development finance, acquisition finance, loan restructuring and portfolio refinancing.
