The Commercial department here at Thomson Snell & Passmore recently prepared a Distribution Agreement for the supply of anti-ligature products to the healthcare sector.
We acted for a Hong Kong based company in connection with its appointment as a distributor of sales vouchers delivered by hand-held devices, PC’s and media pods.
Our client manufactures and sells heating, ventilation and air conditioning units in the UK. Our client’s aim was to establish a network of European sales agents, with local knowledge and established trade connections, who would be able to expand our client’s reach into new territories.
Our client is a UK based manufacturer and supplier of plant-based products. Our client wanted to expand its reach into other territories and we assisted our client with the appointment of a non-exclusive agent in Spain.
