HR Advisor – Human Resources

About the job

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department.

You will be part of a friendly and inclusive team in a progressive firm with ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting role which will see you manage the recruitment and selection process for Legal Support, Business Services and Trainee Solicitors, as well as developing and managing the firm’s graduate work placement and A-level work experience initiatives, and organising and representing the firm at careers fairs. You will cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the firm’s People Strategy and Business Plans.

This is a permanent, full-time role. The Firm offers hybrid working.

About your experience

You will have specialist experience in an HR team within a professional services environment and have CIPD qualification or equivalent in Personnel & Development.

The role will draw on your exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

You will need to demonstrate a professional, calm, and supportive demeanour and show yourself to be reliable, trustworthy, and approachable, with a high degree of discretion.

You will be an effective relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills, including patience, confidence, and tact.
