About the roles
We are looking for four law graduates to join the firm as Paralegals on a six-month fixed-term contract. The roles will be within our Corporate & Commercial, Residential Property & Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution and Court of Protection teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for law graduates to gain essential legal experience as part of a friendly and supportive team, in a progressive firm.
You will be exposed to high quality and challenging matters from the outset, working under close supervision alongside existing Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors to assist lawyers.
These roles are offered on a fixed-term basis from February to August 2025. On commencement of the role you will undertake a full onboarding programme, and you will receive department-specific technical training, as well as transferable soft-skills training.
Enhance your legal career with one of these exciting opportunities! These roles offer an excellent platform to gain invaluable knowledge, develop essential skills, and build meaningful connections and experience within the legal industry.
We are happy to discuss flexible working options for these roles.
About you
These positions are suitable for law graduates. Academic knowledge of the practice areas is preferred but not essential. Similarly, any work experience within these areas would be advantageous but not required.
About us
At Thomson Snell & Passmore, you will be inspired and encouraged, challenged and supported in equal measure. From day one, you will be given opportunities to accelerate and progress your career.
Unlike multinational firms, our size, style and approach enables us to ensure that everyone here, no matter their role or level of seniority, gets to build important relationships with key clients, and experience a huge depth and breadth of work from the start.
You will have the chance to work alongside true leaders in their field, learning from some of the best talent in the industry. It is no coincidence that a large number of our lawyers and departments are ranked highly nationally, in London and regionally in both Chambers and The Legal 500.
We understand the importance of listening to people and giving them the freedom and autonomy to work their way. You’ll be pushed to deliver your best and equipped with all the tools and help you need to do so, but never at the expense of the truly important things in life.
Our collaborative culture fosters a true sense of belonging. You’ll join an inclusive team with a unique heritage, one that combines an ethos of openness, diversity, respect and trust, with a progressive and ambitious outlook.
