About the job

We are looking for an ambitious Associate to join our award winning and well regarded Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team.

Our Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team is highly respected. All lawyers in the team are specialist private client litigators handling only disputed will, trust and estate cases. The firm encourages ACTAPS and ConTrA membership and full participation in their events and many other events. The team is ranked both in the Legal 500 and in Chambers High Net Worth and has been shortlisted / achieved highly commended status at the British Wills & Probate Awards and at the Probate Industry Awards in recent years.

All team members are individually listed in either The Legal 500 and/or Chambers High Net Worth and one partner is listed as a Citywealth Leader.

The Head of the team and the firm’s Head of Probate were also founder members of the National Association of Independent Administrators, which counts amongst its members many of the best known firms nationally which deal with the administration of disputed estates. The volume of work that the team handles has continued to increase year on year.

This role provides exciting long-term career prospects in a supportive and relaxed working environment.

We have a hybrid working pattern and are more than happy to discuss  flexible working options for this role.
