Having started my career in the legal sector with Thomson Snell & Passmore as a secretary in 2007, I was working for one partner in our corporate department, over a couple of years I took on more responsibility and worked across the corporate and employment departments and supported 5 solicitors, which included 2 partners. The support and opportunities that TS&P have given me has allowed me to progress my career and in mid 2013 I was promoted to paralegal within the employment department.

Kerri Boorman

My role is diverse - dealing with clients, experts, barristers and solicitors and working as part of a legal team. One of the most satisfying aspects is knowing that I have helped assist in obtaining compensation for our clients who have suffered trauma and injury as a result of clinical negligence or personal injury. It is also a privilege to work alongside leaders in this field who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in acting for such clients.

Maria Wye

I joined the firm as I was keen to progress my career as a Human Resources professional within the legal sector. The support I have received from the firm to continue my professional development has been invaluable not only through increased responsibility and exposure to a diverse range of work within my position but also through the firm sponsoring me to study for and gain a Masters in Personnel and Development. I enjoy being part of a dynamic and progressive firm which still retains a friendly culture.
