We are pleased to announce that Eddie Fardell, Partner and Head of Court of Protection at Thomson Snell & Pasmore, is speaking at the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) conference on Thursday 10 October 2013 at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London. Other conference speakers include Denzil Lush, Senior Judge of the Court of Protection.
The full day conference explores the working relationship between the Professional Deputy and the Brain Injury Case Manager. This is a highly specialised agenda for all professional Court of Protection Deputies and their teams, Brain Injury Case Managers, specialist personal injury lawyers and anyone with an interest in the working relationship between COP Deputies and Brain Injury Case Managers in relation to financial and clinical matters.
Eddie is recognised in Chambers UK 2013 as a leader in his field. He was one of the first professionals to be appointed to the Court of Protection Professional Deputies Panel. Eddie regularly speaks at seminars on Court of Protection and related issues. He has been a member of the former Public Guardianship Office Professional Receivers Forum since 2003 and is now a member of the Court User Group.
