Ben Stepney and Alison Antill from our Employment team speak to business news and management magazine Real Business, to discuss whether care sector employers are inadvertently failing to pay their staff the minimum wage. This follows the recent news of a case against a national care agency by a care worker. The worker claims that she should have been paid for her time spent traveling between appointments and that a failure to do so meant that she was paid less than the minimum wage.
