  • Overview

London based creative agencies Chameleon and WPN have recently merged to create a new enlarged London firm.

Chameleon Net Limited are a digital agency based in Soho, London delivering effective and creative digital solutions for their third sector clients. They have over fifteen years of design, development and digital marketing experience. Watson Phillips Norman Limited, are an award winning London based direct marketing agency.

With the combined Chameleon philosophy of “Forget We Do Digital. Just Tell Us What You Want To Change” and WPN philosophy of “We do stuff that actually works. Whatever it takes. Direct Marketing. And nothing less”, this newly merged firm is well placed to assist their clients with an impressive combined pool of creative talent.

The agencies between them have a notable third sector client list that includes work undertaken for Which?, Friends of the Earth, Oxfam, Unicef, Shelter, Dogs Trust and Great Ormond Street.

Vicky Reeves, Managing Director of Chameleon commented:

WPN’s strength as a direct marketing agency, and Chameleon’s strength as a digital agency, seemed to me to create a perfect combination. We both share an absolute dedication for getting outstanding results for our clients, and by bringing the two organisations together, we believe we can now offer an unusually powerful service across all media, both on and off-line. Thomson Snell & Passmore played a vital role in the success of this exciting merger with WPN. Joanne Gallagher and her team really went the extra mile to meet our demanding timelines and they were both professional and pragmatic with their approach. I can’t thank them enough for their help!

     ”

Leading South East law firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, advised Chameleon in relation to the transaction. Commenting on the recent merger, Joanne Gallagher, a partner in Thomson Snell & Passmore’s Corporate & Commercial team who led the TS&P legal team, said:
