Leading South East law firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, has advised Croydon based couture dancewear company, Chrisanne Limited, on their recent merger with global dancewear specialist, Crystal Clover Limited. The deal joins together two of the most pre-eminent suppliers to the world of professional ballroom and latin dancewear.
Chrisanne Limited, founded in 1986, has become a leader in the fashion and dance costume industry with a worldwide market. Chrisanne is a recommended wholesaler of Swarovski®, Preciosa® and Radiance Crystals® and its designs are worn by both amateur and professional dancers worldwide. In particular, Chrisanne is a leader in couture and bespoke costumes, designing for many dance champions and celebrities, including those appearing on popular dance television programmes.
The management teams of both Chrisanne and Crystal Clover are remaining in the new venture and will focus on integrating the brands and strengthening their international position in this niche market under the new brand of Chrisanne Clover.
