Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore is delighted to announce that Keith McAlister has joined the firm as a partner in their Corporate & Commercial department. Keith joined the firm on 18 September.
Keith was previously head of Corporate & Commercial at leading London law firm Kingsley Napley, and prior to that, of the Corporate & Commercial team at Brachers in Kent. He has considerable expertise in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, restructuring, and equity investments. His recent work included advising on an investment in a Lloyd’s underwriter by a major insurance provider and the restructuring of a property, technology and media group.
Thomson Snell & Passmore’s Corporate & Commercial department is ranked Band 1 in the South of England by leading directory Chambers & Partners. The department is described by Chambers as a ‘market-leading Kent practice’, and partners Joanne Gallagher and Nick Gabay have been named as ‘leaders in their field’. Joanne Gallagher is also ranked as SuperLawyer.
The team comprises five partners and four other lawyers and has offices in Tunbridge Wells and the Thames Gateway.
