    Kirstie said, "The uncertainty over what the press can and cannot report in financial divorce proceedings continues. Most would have sympathy for those who have children whose peers could read potential damaging articles about how their parents live their lives.

    "The counter-argument is that some celebrities and public figures may have invested years building up a media following and courting all the publicity they can get. At present is it up to the individual judge, meaning uncertainty for all."
