New Corporate Tax Consultant for Thomson Snell & Passmore

Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed corporate tax lawyer Nitzan Cohen, to work as a Consultant alongside its corporate and commercial teams, providing expert advice to clients on a range of business tax related matters.

With over 19 years of delivering specialist advisory services to clients, Nitzan will consult on tax implications in connection with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporation tax, property taxes, share acquisitions and disposals, company restructuring, private equity financed transactions, employment tax, options and share schemes.
