Signing contracts or completing property transactions which refer to anniversaries of the date of agreement, could leave you waiting for a very long time. The 29 February will only come about every 4 years so for 5 year break clauses or rent reviews you will only have a 29 February in 20 years time! If possible, avoid using anniversaries in agreements or simply delay signing documents this coming Monday. At the very least consult you solicitor. You may find yourself stuck until that elusive date reappears.
