  • Overview

    South East firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has made 13 significant promotions. Nicola Plant has been made an equity partner and head of tax planning, probate and trusts. Helen Stewart, head of the probate team, has also become an equity partner.

    Over 40 per cent of the firm's owners are now women. Rosalind Hamlyn and Catherine Fuller have been promoted to senior associates in the private client team.

    Dominique Parker is now a senior associate in the clinical negligence and person injury team, while the commercial property department is boosted by Matthew Grogan, now a partner, and Penny Edgar and Laura Keatley have both been promoted to senior associates. Sophie Ogilvie will become an associate in the same team.

    Kim Connolly will become a senior associate and Samuel Davies an associate in the residential conveyancing team. Alison Sparks becomes a senior associate in the dispute resolution practice, while Ben Stepney is promoted to senior associate in the employment team.
