    Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP’s Commercial Property Team advised independent mortgage broker, Mortgages for Business, in connection with its move to Kings Hill at West Malling.
     
    The Thomson Snell & Passmore team was led by Commercial Property Partner Alisa Sweeney and Head of Department Richard Ellard with respect to the acquisition of a new ten year lease.
     
    Commenting on the move, Simon Whittaker, Finance Director at Mortgages for Business said:

    “We are bursting at the seams at our current location in Sevenoaks so this move is vital for us to fulfil our growth plans. We know that getting the legals right can be an onerous task and I’m delighted to say that the service provided by the Commercial Property Team at Thomson Snell & Passmore has been exemplary. They have been timely, thorough and, where necessary, pragmatic – not something we always see when dealing with property lawyers in our industry!”
     
    Mortgages for Business will take an entire floor (8,572 sq ft) of a refurbished building at 17 Kings Hill Avenue on the main business park thoroughfare. The move will take place over the Easter period with doors open for business in Kings Hill on Monday 4th April.
