  • Overview

Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised global public relations agency SE10 LLP on its relocation to a new London HQ at Angel Corner House in Islington.

Advice was provided by commercial property Senior Associate Alex Lewsley.

    Alex commented:-

“SE10’s relocation coincides with the agency’s phase of global growth, and from the new London HQ key personnel will be able to communicate with SE10’s other offices in Chicago and Singapore. This is a very busy and exciting time for SE10. Thomson Snell & Passmore is very pleased to have played its part in securing the move”.

Aside from containing a glass conference centre, the new HQ also enjoys a dome-shaped viewing gallery from where can be seen famous landmarks ranging from the old, such as St Pauls Cathedral, to the new, such as The Shard.

Alex is a good guy. Thanks very much for jumping on this so quickly and moving it along. It was exactly what we needed to make our move on time. Alex demonstrated good thinking, and we liked his practical solutions and were impressed by his tenacity. Thanks for fighting our corner. Great stuff. Really appreciate it. We’re really pleased with the outcome.

     ”
