Leading South East Law firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, has advised London-based IT specialists, Stephens IT Holdings on the acquisition of Firefly Resources Limited, a leading voice technology user adoption specialist. Firefly Resources LLC will continue to operate as an independent entity in the US.
