Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised rapidly expanding broadband, mobile and telecom services company True Telecom Limited on its acquisition of a new headquarters on Crossways Business Park, Dartford.
At over 9,000 square feet, True Telecom’s relocation represents the biggest deal thus far at Frogmore Real Estate Partners’ Crossways holdings and amongst the top 6 business park office lettings in Kent in the last 12 months as reported in the 2014 Kent Property Market Review.
The impressive corporate office boasts new meeting rooms, leisure facilities for staff and picturesque surroundings and provides True Telecom a strategic location on which to extend its sales operation. The contemporary design of Lakeview West makes it an architectural landmark.
Advice was provided to True Telecom by Commercial Property Senior Associate Alex Lewsley.
True Telecom’s acquisition of a new headquarters closer to London reflects the exceptional growth of the company since its launch in April 2013. The office is expected to give True Telecom the capacity it needs now whilst also allowing for the projected continued fierce growth. Thomson Snell and Passmore is very pleased to have played its part in securing the new offices.
True Telecom launched in April 2013 and, having outgrown its space in Maidstone which housed 75 staff, the move to the new headquarters in Dartford ties-in with plans to add 150 staff members within a year and eventually add another 100 as the business grows.
