    Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has been appointed to the panel of legal advisors for Close Brothers Property Finance, the property finance arm of merchant banking group, Close Brothers.

    Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has been appointed to the panel of legal advisors for Close Brothers Property Finance, the property finance arm of merchant banking group, Close Brothers.

    Close Property Finance specialises in providing finance for residential development, pre-let commercial development and the acquisition of tenanted commercial investment property.  Close are active throughout mainland UK and have offices in both London and Edinburgh.

    The appointment follows Matthew Grogan joining the firm in February.  Matthew has worked with Close for a number of years and has extensive experience in dealing with complex property finance transactions.

    Commenting on the appointment, Richard Ellard said:

    We are delighted to be appointed to the panel and look forward to working with Close Brothers Property Finance. We believe that Matthew’s expertise will compliment and strengthen the excellent service which our commercial property team already provides to the property finance sector.

     ”
