Thomson Snell & Passmore has advised ballroom dance partnership

Leading South East Law firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, has advised Chrisanne Clover on its partnership with Karen Hardy Dance Studios, strengthening its position in the world of professional ballroom dance services. Chrisanne Clover has joined forces with Karen Hardy Dance Studios – headed by its former Strictly Come Dancing Star namesake.

The new partners issued a joint statement to announce their new partnership to the market:

“We are thrilled to announce that from the 14th February 2019, and after months of discussions we have agreed a formal partnership with the Award-Winning Karen Hardy Dance Studios. Based in London’s prestigious Thames waterfront in the Chelsea/Fulham district, the studio has over the past 10 years set the standard for luxury dance studios across the globe.

It is without saying that this new partnership will provide many opportunities to further position Chrisanne Clover and Karen Hardy Dance Studios as leaders in the Ballroom Dancing Market, benefiting both businesses.

Studios clients will now be able to access the luxury products and design expertise of Chrisanne Clover to enhance their dance experience, and the brand will gain valuable understanding of dancer’s needs.

The transaction team at Thomson Snell & Passmore was led by Partner and Head of Corporate, Joanne Gallagher, in conjunction with Senior Associate, Faye Cook. Commercial Property Solicitor, Nicole Priestley, advised on the property elements of the deal.
