Leading South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore is delighted to announce it has been selected as the sole provider of legal services to Chatham Maritime Trust for the next five years. Ten firms were invited to tender.
Chatham Maritime is a charity which was set up to take over the ownership and management of the Chatham Maritime Estate, part of the old Chatham Dockyard following its transformation into residential housing (currently approx. 1300), offices including the local authority, the universities, police headquarters and the commercial area which comprises a cinema, bars and restaurants as well as retail outlets.
