  • Overview

Private Client partners Jeremy Passmore and Simon Brown have been recognised as leaders in their field in the 2011 edition of the Citywealth Leaders List. The Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property teams were also recognised in the Finance Monthly Global Awards.

The announcement of the Citywealth Leaders List follows the firm's recent success in the Finance Monthly Global Awards where the firm was awarded Corporate & Commercial Law Firm of the Year (UK), Cross Border Law Firm of the Year (UK), Commercial Property Law Firm of the Year (UK) and Joanne Gallagher was named Commercial Contracts Lawyer of the Year (UK).

Now in its sixth edition, the Citywealth Leaders List recognises individuals put forward by private clients and those working in the wealth advisory community who are deemed to offer exceptional service to their clients.

Jeremy is recognised as a prominent figure for his work in the area of private client and charity law and Simon is recognised as a prominent figure for his private client work.

The Finance Monthly Global Awards are decided by the magazine’s readers, comprising more than 129,000 Chief Executives, Finance Directors, Directors, Partners and Entrepreneurs from private equity firms, banks, corporates, international law firms, financial advisory firms and tax and accounting practices. The magazine – a specialist corporate finance publication that provides news and analysis to management teams, financiers and advisers on global transactions and funding information for business professionals – received a record number of entries this year and a record number of votes were cast.

Winning these awards is a great achievement for the firm and signifies the effectiveness of their approach to provide clients with practical, intelligent and cost effective advice. These awards further highlight how the firm is recognised and respected by clients, peers and professional contacts.
