Always communicated when they said they would, happy to receive communications from us. Showed empathy and understanding of the situation and allowed us to feel that we genuinely had someone in our corner.

Client

Always kept me informed without me ever having to chase. Spoke to me as a person rather than a case number. I was never once made to feel like I was wasting her time. Everything was made easy for me to understand.

Client

Would definitely recommend as I felt our best interests were a priority.

Client

Was kept update on regular basis as case progressed. Any uncertainty was well explained.
