Guy Evans

Guy is a property litigation solicitor acting for developers, landowners, specialist lenders and private individuals. While his practice covers the full range of property litigation work, his particular focus is on development disputes. Guy often works closely with our specialist development and property finance teams to help resolve issues at an early stage before disputes arise.

  • Residential possession proceedings against assured shorthold, assured and Rent Act tenants

Education

Guy graduated from the University of Southampton with a 2:1 honours degree in Philosophy. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University, being awarded a Commendation and Distinction, respectively.

He trained with Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP in 2016. Post-qualification, he worked for a leading West End firm before returning to Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP in 2022.
