Harry Smith

Harry is a specialist in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury having developed a keen interest in the practice area throughout both his graduate, and undergraduate studies.

After completing his training contract at the firm Harry qualified into the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team in March 2022 where he has since developed a broad case-load comprising of both clinical negligence and personal injury cases.

  • Delay in the diagnosis of testicular torsion
  • Substandard management of patient's care by general practitioners.
  • Harry’s personal injury claims have involved a wide variety of issues, some examples including:
  • Accidents in the workplace resulting in death
  • Accidents in the workplace resulting in orthopaedic injuries
  • Road Traffic Accidents resulting in acquired brain injuries.

Achievements & other appointments

Harry is a member of the APIL Junior Litigators group and the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & District Law Society.

Education

Harry read law at the University of Kent from 2013 to 2016 before going on to complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Holborn from 2018 to 2019, obtaining a distinction. He joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2019.
