James is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is a registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist. He is also a Trustee at Maidstone & Mid-Kent Mind.

Profile

James qualified as a solicitor in 2011 at a local Kent based firm. He worked as a private client solicitor specialising in estate administrations and will drafting and in the last couple of years has focused on advising in contentious matters within this area of law.
