Specialisms & expertise
Jessica specialises in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims and assists the lawyers on a wide variety of no win no fee cases. This varies from very high value, brain injury at birth medical claims, to simpler car accident, and accident at work claims, run through the fast-track portal.
Jessica is responsible for taking new client enquiries, and assists with all aspects involved with the day-to-day running of established cases. She is intrinsically involved with the running of several of the larger cases within the department and has formed relationships with clients, barristers and experts.
Having worked in the healthcare environment for some time, Jessica is particularly adept at reviewing medical records.
Jessica completed her Law degree at the University of Kent in 2012 and that same year joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a Paralegal. She is currently an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is undergoing her Graduate Fast Track Diploma in order to qualify as a Legal Executive.
Jessica is a member Headway in West Kent, the Kent Acquired Brain Injury Forum (KABIF) as well as the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Jessica enjoys reading, walking and visiting National Trust sites. She often spends weekends with a set of pastels and an art book, drawing landscapes.
