Joseph Navas

Joseph is an associate who specialises in commercial dispute resolution, advising clients on a broad spectrum of contentious work, both as claimant and defendant.

He works with the wider team either assisting or leading high value and complex disputes arising from commercial and construction matters whether in the County Court, the Court of Appeal or the Technology & Construction Court.

Joseph offers sensible and pragmatic advice, trying to achieve the client’s objectives in the most cost effective and focused manner possible.

Education

Joseph studied law at the University of Portsmouth, graduating in 2015. He undertook the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating in 2017.

Joseph was admitted as a solicitor in November 2018 and joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2024.
