Josie has assisted senior fee earners with a broad range of clinical negligence cases, including spinal injuries, amputations, negligent operations, and where there has been a delay in treatment or misdiagnosis, and brain injury cases.
Josie has also assisted with a number of personal injury cases, including public liability claims, road traffic accidents and child brain injuries.

Josie undertakes both personal injury cases and clinical negligence cases, including negligent surgical treatments, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis.
Her current caseload includes a variety of case types, including:

- Prescription error
- Dental negligence.
Josie graduated from the University of Kent in 2014 with a first class honours degree in Law before attaining a Master of Laws degree on the LLM Legal Practice course at Kaplan Law School.
Josie joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a trainee solicitor in 2015 and joined the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team upon qualification in September 2017.
Whilst studying, Josie worked on cases at the Kent Law Clinic, which offers free legal advice for people who cannot access advice elsewhere. During her training contract, Josie assisted at the Citizens Advice Bureau and was a part of a team who organised a charity quiz in aid of Shelter, a charity who helps people struggling with bad housing or homelessness.
Josie was awarded the "Trainee Solicitor of the Year" Award 2016-2017 in the Kent and East Sussex Junior Lawyers Division, Annual Achievement Awards 2017.
