Profile

Kim completed an LLB (Hons) Degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1987 and the Law Society Finals at Chancery Lane College of Law in 1988. Kim trained with a City of London firm and prior to joining us in July 2014, spent 10 years practicing in the area of conveyancing in a Sevenoaks firm.

Kim enjoys going to the Cinema and Theatre, reading and the gym. She is a member of the Tate Modern and Sevenoaks Leisure Centre.

As everyone knows, buying/selling a property can be a tricky experience.  The seller was quite awkward at times.  I had very little experience in the housing market having only moved home a few times.  Kim's obvious experience plus her friendly and professional manner suited me perfectly.  She took great trouble to ensure that I understood every step of the process and helped me come up with a strategy during awkward negotiations with the seller.  Kim is very articulate and explained everything clearly and succinctly, she was never aloof or condescending in any way as some solicitors can be.  I got the impression Kim really enjoys her job and she seemed genuinely pleased for me when the sale finally went through.

Client

Kim was an invaluable point of contact, professional and friendly, and her work was excellent.

Client

I wanted to put on record the profound appreciation we felt for your prompt service, attention to detail, dedication and professionalism.

Client

Kim was efficient and clear in her communications with me. Went out of her way to meet deadlines. Professional expertise evident. Always felt she was providing a personal service and had my best interest at heart.

Client

Kim Connolly was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout what was a very challenging, fraught and quick process. I have nothing but praise & thanks for her and Jan Clark. They really went out of their way to make everything run smoothly and to the very tight timeline we were given.

Client

We were all working under severe time constraints in terms of our purchase and you had great demands placed upon yourself; however, you were very able to cope with these pressures and our expectations.

Client

Everything I asked for was completed ahead of time, with amazing communication of our particular problem; even though we had a disappointing outcome.  The legal wording was broken down into language I could understand.  This made our final decision so much easier.

Client

The whole process was completed very professionally; Kim is an excellent solicitor, and I would absolutely recommend her. She identified issues in our purchase that previous conveyors had not spotted.

Client

Kim, our solicitor, was thorough and efficient, and she helped us all of the way through the process. Everyone that we spoke to at TS&P was professional and assuring, especially as we were first time buyers.

Client

Easily contactable, very helpful and professional, turned around documentation quickly, kept us informed at all times, very proactive, offered sound practical advice.

Client

Kim offered us solid professional advice, which was balanced and thoughtful. We felt fully supported through the process and knew that we could trust the advice that was given to us.

Client

Kim was a constant voice of calm, reason and competence during a problematic purchase process. Thoroughly pleased to have had her in my corner. Whilst obviously being very busy, Kim has a great knack of slowing down when talking to clients and giving 100% of her attention, making you feel valued.
