Preparing applications for grants of probate and letters of administration for our excepted estate 'grant-only' service. This includes obtaining grants for the use of our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams.
Estate administration for estates of all sizes including those for high net worth clients, working alongside senior lawyers.
Advising on and obtaining a second grant of letters of administration to deal with administered assets.
Preparing Deeds of Variation for beneficiaries of estates.
Preparing Declarations of Trust for our residential conveyancing clients.

Kirsty joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2011 and has worked as a Paralegal whilst completing her exams and is now a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Kirsty also won Paralegal of the Year at the Junior Law Division Achievement Awards at the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and District Law Society Annual Dinner in 2016.
