Paul is a Senior Associate at Thomson Snell & Passmore, specialising in probate.

Paul helps clients with all aspects of probate and estate administration including initial investigations, advising on the meaning and interpretation of Wills, re-sealing foreign grants, inheritance tax, probate applications, post death tax planning, cross border estate administration and estate management. He has particular experience advising on high net worth estates, agricultural estates and independent administration.

Education

Paul read law at Newcastle University where he obtained an honours degree and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Northumbria.

He completed a training contract with a national law firm based in Bristol and returned to Kent upon qualification as a solicitor in 2015. He joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as an associate in 2020 and became a senior associate in 2021.
