Phoebe Snedden

Phoebe has worked in the legal sector for a number of years, having started out as a legal secretary in the commercial property department at Gullands Solicitors in January 2019, before moving over to Thomson Snell & Passmore in November of that year.

Since joining Thomson Snell & Passmore, Phoebe has been working towards obtaining various qualifications with CILEx with an aim to qualifying as a chartered legal executive in the firm’s Real Estate team. Whilst working towards this goal, she have been promoted to Trainee Paralegal in September 2021 and, subsequently, to Paralegal in January 2023.

Advising a bank on refinancing arrangements with commercial property investors dealing with leasehold property portfolios primarily based in London

Education

Phoebe has CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Conveyancing), CILEx Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and is currently working towards the CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.
