Rasmeet Kaur - Thomson Snell & Passmore

Rasmeet qualified as a solicitor in 2022, joining Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2024 and specialises in real estate finance and development. She has worked with landowners and developers on site acquisitions and disposal and acted for both lenders and borrowers in development finance transactions. Rasmeet also has experience advising clients in the care sector particularly on the acquisition of care home sites and care businesses.

Outside of work, Rasmeet is passionate about playing netball and enjoys travelling.

Education

Rasmeet has a degree in Philosophy and International Relations from the University of Reading, where she graduated in 2015. She also completed her GDL LPC Masters in Law and Business at the University of Law, graduating in 2018.
