Stuart is a student member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is currently completing the examinations required to obtain full membership.
Stuart has previously been elected President of the Kent and East Sussex Junior Lawyers’ Division, which works to bring together junior lawyers in the region for networking and professional development purposes. He is a Mentor for University of Kent law students.
Stuart has written articles for Solicitors Journal and Young Lawyer.
Stuart completed an LLB degree in Law at the University of Kent in Canterbury and followed this by completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. Stuart trained at a Kent based law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He joined the Tax Planning team at Thomson Snell & Passmore in January 2016.
