We acted for a Hong Kong based company in connection with its appointment as a distributor of sales vouchers delivered by hand-held devices, PC’s and media pods.
The principal was a UK company who appointed our client as an exclusive distributor to resell the voucher products in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, China and Singapore.
Although our Hong Kong client was a smaller company than the UK principal, we were able to ensure that our client was adequately protected under the agreement, in particular in relation to exclusivity and minimum sales targets
