IT systems support
You can access the IT systems from any computer with an internet connection. This provides you with the flexibility to work from home, a hotel or a client’s site, using any device. To make the best use of this facility we suggest you get set up as soon as possible so you are confident it is working ahead of when you need it.
Whilst most computers will be able to connect straight away – some may be some more troublesome, so please be patient.
Remote access is considered to be a critical system – so if you cannot connect, please do not hesitate to contact the support team.
The IS Service Desk can be contacted on 01892 701515 between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturdays. If you’re not able to get through please leave a voicemail so we can call you back. Please note there is no support provided on Sundays.
