Advising a national charity which supports adults who have suffered abuse in childhood, when they urgently required legal advice in relation to their new head offices.  We priced very competitively as NAPAC had little available funding.  We negotiated the lease to the client’s satisfaction and managed to complete within the tight timeframe imposed by the client needing to vacate their previous accommodation.
