Advising on a contract review for national landscaping business

We provided a landscape gardening client, a review of a contract for services with a large landowner. We were able to highlight areas of inconsistency of the draft from the commercial negotiations and to highlight other potential problem areas with the drafting. In particular, our client had originally made assumptions about access to premises when preparing its commercial proposal, but these were not reflected in the agreement.

This was resolved and our client achieved a contract that properly reflected the commercial terms between the parties.
