Residential Property & Conveyancing

Department: Residential Property & Conveyancing

Role: Solicitor & associate

About the jobs

We are looking for a solicitor and an associate to join our highly respected Residential Property & Conveyancing team. As one of the largest and most experienced conveyancing teams in the region, we have a great reputation in the industry and serve clients across the South East, London and nationally.

You will be exposed to high quality work, often of the type you would expect to find in well regarded London-based and national firms.

You will be part of a friendly, fast-paced and inclusive team in a progressive firm with ambitious growth plans, which you will play a role in helping to achieve. From the outset you will be involved in interesting, technical work and business development, supported by approachable and experienced colleagues who will help support you in your career development.

The opportunities provide exciting long-term career prospects in a supportive and relaxed working environment, where maintaining a good work-life balance is actively encouraged.

We have a hybrid working pattern and are more than happy to discuss flexible working options for this role.

These are excellent opportunities for ambitious and dedicated lawyers that are looking to take the next step in their professional development.

About your experience

You will have experience of the residential conveyancing process as well as excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Some business development expertise is desirable together with experience of successfully managing client relationships.

About us

At Thomson Snell & Passmore, you will be inspired and encouraged, challenged and supported in equal measure. From day one, you will be given opportunities to accelerate and progress your career.

We are a fast-growing, modern, regional law firm with national reach and an extraordinary reputation.

We are as proud of our thriving culture as we are of our long history. You will discover a true sense of belonging as part of our team – everyone is treated fairly, compassionately and with respect.

We recognise and value diversity in the workplace and we are committed to helping to improve the communities we are part of.

Our culture of continuous improvement gives you every opportunity to learn and progress. We provide bespoke learning and development as well as a performance plan designed to meet your individual needs.

It is important for us to ensure that everyone who works here experiences high-quality, challenging and rewarding work, right from the start.

If this sounds like a good match for your experience and ambitions, then please get in touch for an initial, informal chat and feel free to send across your LinkedIn profile in place of a CV.
